Our foster carers have the benefit of constant support from Supervising Social Workers and our support staff, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This means that you are well-prepared to face the challenges of fostering and can help children and young people to have the safe, secure, and loving environment they deserve.
No special qualifications or experience is necessary to become a foster carer; all that is needed is a willingness to learn and a desire to help. Regardless of your marital status or if you already have children of your own, you can have a profound impact on a child's life.

Faraz Agha is a qualified social worker, managing director, and responsible individual of Regional Fostering Services.
Faraz has worked as a qualified social worker for 17 years for a variety of statutory, private, and voluntary organisations.
Faraz previously held a Registered Service Manager and Agency Decision Maker post at another Private Fostering Agency. He has also has a BA Hons in social work and an NVQ Level 4 in Management, he is a registered professional with Ofsted, hcpc, and BASW.
Faraz is a passionate and enthusiastic leader who believes in his team and supports them to deliver a high service always ensuring that child welfare and safety comes first.
Hannah has a BA (Hons) degree in Theology and Religious Studies, a BA (Hons) degree in Social Work, an NVQ Level 5 Management award and has over 15 years experience in social care.
She has worked in front line child protection teams across various different local authorities, care planning to a high and complex level. She has vast experience in taking carers through the Form F assessment process and managing different professionals.
Hannah ensures the agency operates in line with our mission and will advocate for the right support for children and foster carers.
Ashlea has a BSC (Hons) in Social Work, Diploma in Child Protection, a PQ level 1 in Social Work, and an NVQ level 5 in Management award. She has 13 years experience of working in Social Care.
She has managed a team of Social Workers within another private sector fostering agency. She has been the registered manager for the past 5 years, and has managed social workers and foster carers of a high and complex variety. Ashlea also manages the Agency’s fostering panel as the Panel Advisor and is the Agency’s Data Protection Officer.
Ashlea thrives on ensuring the service is monitored thoroughly and in accordance with our Outstanding rating.
